About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end mechanical design of new product concepts, ensuring manufacturability and performance.
- Conduct thermal and fluid dynamics analyses to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
- Select and specify OEM fluid, pneumatic, and plastic components that meet performance and cost targets.
- Develop detailed CAD models and perform FEA to validate design integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into the overall product architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in thermal analysis, CFD, and fluid dynamics for high‑performance hardware.
- Hands‑on knowledge of OEM fluid/pneumatic components and advanced plastic materials.
- Strong CAD and FEA skills with a track record of delivering design solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced development environment.
