Mechanical Systems Performance Engineer

As a Mechanical Systems/Performance Engineer at RTX, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing mechanical systems to meet performance and efficiency requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, performance engineering principles, and ability to apply data-driven approaches to drive decision-making.
