Mechanical Engineering Manager 2

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager 2, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers to design and develop complex mechanical systems and products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
