Mechanical Engineer - Ensera Design

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end mechanical design of medical and consumer health devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed CAD models and perform finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including electrical, software, and manufacturing—to integrate mechanical components into complete product solutions.
• Drive rapid prototyping and iterative testing, utilizing additive manufacturing and traditional fabrication methods.
• Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and manufacturing hand‑offs to support production and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for medical or consumer health products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
