About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and engineering activities for capital projects, ensuring alignment with plant improvement goals and safety standards.
- Develop detailed CAD models and perform FEA to validate mechanical performance and durability of new equipment and plant modifications.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including procurement, construction, and operations, to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and cost estimates, and conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial capital projects or plant improvement environments.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
