Mech & Robotics Technician 2nd Shift - JLL

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and robotic equipment to ensure optimal uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical manuals to support repairs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements and new automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, part inventories, and safety documentation in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical or robotics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or robotics support in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
