ML Engineer
Lead a research‑driven master thesis focused on advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques, developing scalable models in Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow and deploying solutions on AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms for real‑world data sets.
- Develop end‑to‑end pipelines in Python, leveraging PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define problem statements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Deploy trained models to cloud environments (AWS) and monitor performance in production.
- Document research findings, produce technical reports, and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
