Lead the enterprise Master Data Management transformation, defining strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure high-quality, integrated data across product and supply chain domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, aligning with business objectives and data governance frameworks.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and maintain MDM solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data architects, BI, and analytics teams to integrate MDM with data warehouses, lakes, and downstream applications.
- Establish and enforce data stewardship policies, data ownership models, and master data lifecycle processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced ETL, data modeling, and SQL techniques to enhance data value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing MDM initiatives.
- Proven track record designing and scaling MDM architectures in large, complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices.
- Hands‑on expertise with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
