About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute master data strategies across product, supplier, customer, and location domains for retail and supply‑chain operations.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions on the Stibo STEP platform, ensuring data quality, governance, and integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Lead data migration, ETL processes, and integration with ERP, CRM, and e‑commerce systems, leveraging SQL and cloud services.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best‑practice guidance to development and data‑management teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an MDM architect, specifically with Stibo STEP in retail or supply‑chain environments.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, and master data lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS for data storage and processing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
