About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP data models for new product launches, ensuring accurate stock offerings and part configurations.
- Define and enforce manufacturing and part planning standards across Operations, collaborating closely with R&D.
- Lead cross‑functional change management initiatives, guiding technicians and hourly associates through process improvements.
- Analyze production data to refine planning rules for custom parts and optimize inventory levels.
- Provide project management oversight, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables for data and process initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP data architecture and configuration in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data modeling and process optimization.
