About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit master data for suppliers and clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
- Develop and update KPI dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for finance and operations.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller, Systems and EXL Lead to identify trends, uncover efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.
- Implement data governance practices, including data quality checks, documentation and change management.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support decision‑making for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
- Experience in KPI development, data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and financial data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
