A Master Data Analyst ensures the integrity, consistency, and usability of core business data across CRM, ERP, and dealer systems, driving accurate reporting and strategic decision‑making through robust data governance and quality processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern master data across CRM, service platforms, dealer systems, and finance/ERP to provide a single source of truth.
- Design, implement, and monitor data quality rules, cleansing routines, and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and metadata documentation supporting cross‑system integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define data standards, resolve data issues, and support reporting needs.
- Lead data onboarding, migration, and ETL workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate regular data health dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in master data management, data governance, or related analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts; experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools and data quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
