About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the measurement framework for paid media and CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution across the marketing mix.
- Analyse large customer datasets to uncover insights that improve targeting, segmentation, and ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and other visualization tools for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with media, CRM, and product teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Develop predictive models and automated reporting pipelines using SQL and Python.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work with paid media platforms and CRM systems to evaluate performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
