Analyze market trends and learner data to drive strategic decisions, using SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced statistical techniques while supporting remote collaboration across multiple states.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from internal systems, surveys, and external market sources.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, segmentations, and opportunities that inform enrollment and program strategies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Excel for senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Design and evaluate surveys and questionnaires to capture actionable insights from learners and prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
- Strong expertise in Tableau or comparable data‑visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
