Marine Project Engineer - Keynvor Morlift Ltd (KML)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and execution of marine civil engineering works, including rock armour, sea defences, and offshore wind foundations.
• Coordinate heavy lift operations, ensuring safe and efficient crane and vessel deployment.
• Manage subsea cable installation and maintenance projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, integrating new technologies and best practices into project workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marine civil engineering and offshore project delivery.
• Proven expertise in heavy lift operations and subsea cable installation.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
