Manufacturing Test Engineer - Tesla Germany GmbH

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and maintain automated test fixtures and software for high‑volume manufacturing.
• Design test procedures, scripts, and validation plans for electrical and mechanical components.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain test equipment calibration, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for test automation and data processing.
• Experience with LabVIEW, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), and hardware debugging.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret test data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
