QA Engineer
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of manufacturing test processes, ensuring product quality through advanced test automation, instrumentation, and data analysis. Drive continuous improvement and root‑cause resolution in a fast‑paced production environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and procedures for new and existing product lines.
- Configure and calibrate test instrumentation, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects.
- Document test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
