Software Engineer
Lead data analysis and reporting for manufacturing operations, leveraging Infor ERP, Tableau, and Power BI to create scorecards, track yield, and drive continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data from Infor ERP and deliver timely, accurate reports using Tableau and Power BI to support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards for management reviews, highlighting performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Own yield tracking and reconciliation processes, investigating discrepancies and providing actionable insights to enhance product quality.
- Serve as a backup resource for Shift Data Entry Specialists and the Operational Excellence Manager, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to refine data collection, improve reporting accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Infor ERP, Tableau, and Power BI in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in yield tracking, reconciliation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
