About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed manual test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Execute test runs, record results, and track defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders in Agile ceremonies to clarify requirements and prioritize testing activities.
- Participate in test planning, risk assessments, and test strategy definition for mission‑critical projects.
- Provide clear, concise test documentation and status reports to support project governance and compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in manual testing of software applications.
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
