Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and CRM platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate features, performance, and usability.
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to drive resolution.
- Validate data integrity and business logic through SQL queries and API testing tools.
- Contribute to test planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on manual testing experience, preferably with web and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in creating clear, detailed test cases and test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of bug‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test‑management practices.
- Experience writing SQL queries for data verification and performing basic API testing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
