Software Engineer
Lead the design and optimization of manifold systems for advanced liquid cooling, applying CFD, heat‑transfer analysis, and CAD to deliver high‑performance, sustainable solutions for AI and HPC data centers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and validate manifold geometries for liquid cooling applications using CFD and heat‑transfer modeling.
- Develop and maintain CAD models and P&ID drawings to support manufacturing and integration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate performance requirements into robust, manufacturable designs.
- Perform thermal simulations, pressure drop calculations, and reliability assessments to meet stringent performance targets.
- Document design decisions, create technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or related field.
- Proven experience in thermal fluid system design, including CFD and heat‑transfer analysis.
- Strong proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Fluent).
- Solid programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
