Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate M&A deal documents to improve AI training datasets.
- Provide expert commentary on valuation methods, due diligence findings, and negotiation tactics.
- Identify logical inconsistencies and suggest realistic business outcomes for AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model prompts and evaluation metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting cross-border M&A.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on M&A consulting or deal advisory experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex concepts into clear AI prompts.
- Experience working with AI or machine‑learning teams is a plus.
- Based in the EU or UK, available for 8–20 hours per week.
