About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive client relationships, serving as the primary sponsor for key accounts and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
- Drive profitable growth through retention, expansion, and new business initiatives across SMB, Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments.
- Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee delivery execution, ensuring projects meet quality, scope, schedule and budget targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, set performance metrics and align resources for scalable growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a digital, web or brand agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi‑million dollar client portfolios.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
