About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end IT M&A projects, from due diligence through post‑merger integration, ensuring alignment with client strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive technology assessments, identify integration risks, and design scalable solutions that leverage cloud, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with C‑suite executives, CIOs, and technical teams to secure stakeholder buy‑in and manage change across cross‑functional groups.
- Develop and deliver high‑impact presentations, workshops, and executive briefings that translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in consulting delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a proven track record in M&A, technology integration, or enterprise transformation.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
