Managing Consultant - Healthcare Analytics - Berkeley Research Group

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end analytics engagements for healthcare clients, translating unstructured data into clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
• Design and implement data pipelines, statistical models, and machine‑learning solutions to address legal, regulatory, and business challenges.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau) to communicate findings to senior stakeholders and expert witnesses.
• Mentor junior analysts, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data‑privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including legal, clinical, and policy experts, to shape project scope and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, machine‑learning techniques, and handling large electronic health record datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical results to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain rigorous data‑privacy standards.
