Lead a bilingual team delivering Workday HCM and compensation solutions, driving client success through strategic design, configuration, and data analysis while managing projects and mentoring consultants.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM and Compensation modules for client engagements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- Conduct data analysis and validation to support compensation planning, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with client HR leaders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM and Compensation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong project management skills, including scope definition, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting within Workday.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of coaching and developing team members.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
