About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional test automation team to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end test infrastructure, integrating Selenium, Python, and Java across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
- Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, performance, and reliability, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery cycles.
- Mentor team members on best practices, code quality, and emerging automation technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium, Python, and Java.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control with Git.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment is a plus.
