Software Engineer
Lead the design and maintenance of a scalable test automation framework for enterprise delivery, driving quality and efficiency across multiple product lines using Selenium, Java, and Python within a CI/CD pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and evolve a robust test automation framework that supports enterprise-level applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies, identify automation opportunities, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and coach junior automation engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, test design, and maintenance.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve framework performance and reliability.
- Document framework architecture, coding standards, and operational procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering with a strong focus on enterprise delivery.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
