About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the full program lifecycle for multi‑disciplinary technical initiatives, from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations leaders to define scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to manage backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
