About the Team:

AlphaSense’s Content Operations Strategy and Enablement (COSE) team is responsible for establishing the strategy and infrastructure to drive sustainable and scalable growth for our Expert Calls and Compliance Operations organizations. We work closely with client-facing and cross-functional teams to drive impact across AlphaSense’s Expert Insights organization. Our team is organized into the following pillars:

• Systems Strategy: drives operational excellence through the strategic deployment of technology solutions, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Vendor, Data, and Product partners
• Enablement: supports our teams to do their best work through employee training, communications, and knowledge management
• Strategy & Planning: steers the organization towards growth through quarterly / annual planning, account strategy, performance management, and operational strategy initiatives
• Compliance Programs: leverages systems, technology, and data to support compliance teams and processes
• Business Operations & Strategy: identifies and executes top-line growth and bottom-line optimization initiatives

About the Role:

As the Manager, Systems Strategy, you'll own the operational infrastructure behind the Expert Insights team. You'll lead systems strategy, evaluate and manage the vendor tool stack, and drive initiatives that improve speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, and leadership to identify smarter tools, automate key processes, and build the roadmap for how work gets done.
