Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute large‑scale data analyses to uncover growth opportunities and optimize YouTube Ads GTM performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio to track key metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science within a fast‑paced tech or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Google Ads or digital advertising metrics is a plus.
