About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers to deliver compelling technical demos and proof‑of‑concepts for enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape and execute strategic sales cycles, ensuring alignment with customer business goals.
- Architect and present AI‑driven analytics solutions that showcase the value of ThoughtSpot’s Modern Analytics Cloud.
- Drive adoption of best practices in solution design, data visualization, and cloud analytics across the EMEA region.
- Provide hands‑on technical support during pre‑sales engagements, including data integration, model building, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical sales, with a strong background in AI‑enabled analytics platforms.
- Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing technical teams in a fast‑paced, SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud analytics architectures, data visualization, and modern data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Track record of delivering successful proof‑of‑concepts and driving revenue growth in the EMEA market.
