Manager, Solutions Engineering, Mid-Market

As a Manager, Solutions Engineering, Mid-Market at Notion, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers who work closely with mid-market clients to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, customer success, and team growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers to deliver technical solutions to mid-market clients
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in key areas, including Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Work closely with Product team to provide feedback on product development and ensure alignment with customer needs
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer success
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
