About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Partner with sales to conduct technical pre‑sales activities, including product demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution design.
- Architect scalable, secure cloud solutions on AWS, integrating with SaaS platforms and third‑party services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to refine feature roadmaps and resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre‑sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud services.
- Strong expertise in AWS architecture, security, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering customer‑centric solutions.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
