Lead a high‑impact solution engineering team focused on enterprise customers, driving pre‑sales strategy, technical architecture, and cloud integration using AWS and other cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers to deliver compelling technical solutions for large enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and present architecture workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical demos that address complex customer requirements.
- Drive the adoption of cloud‑native solutions, ensuring best‑practice architecture across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Develop and maintain technical playbooks, battle cards, and competitive analysis to empower the sales organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, translating business challenges into scalable technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre‑sales, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SaaS delivery models.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex enterprise engagements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement in sales enablement processes.
