Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Python, SQL, and AWS.
- 3+ years of engineering management or technical lead experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling cloud‑native applications in regulated industries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
