About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers building platform products used across the organization.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
- Shape the operating rhythm, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
- Drive quality initiatives such as code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on platform or infrastructure products.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
