- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on delivering high‑quality software for health and benefits platforms.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure applications using Java and .NET, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain Agile processes, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Java and .NET development.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
