About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team in designing, developing, and scaling the Network Resilience Platform.
- Drive architecture decisions that enable secure remote access, automated device management, and rapid remediation across diverse network environments.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to define feature roadmaps and prioritize backlog items.
- Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Champion best practices in DevOps, cloud deployment, and infrastructure automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong background in network management, remote access, and automation technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
