Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team, driving delivery of core platform services and new product features.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure microservices on AWS using Python and Node.js, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production workflows, enhancing predictive capabilities for banking clients.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to maintain code quality and rapid release cycles.
- Partner with product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend services.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3).
- Hands‑on experience deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
