Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on cloud‑native services.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure applications on AWS using Java and Python.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable deployments.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to define technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
