About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality code delivery.
- Architect and develop scalable, low‑latency services in C++, GoLang, or Java for a global advertising platform.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and drive feature implementation.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of critical components, from design through production support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in C++, GoLang, or Java.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high‑throughput data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience in ad‑tech or related high‑scale, data‑centric domains is a plus.
