Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing software engineering team focused on AI/ML solutions, driving delivery, architecture, and operational excellence using Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team to deliver scalable AI/ML products on time and within budget.
- Architect and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion Agile practices, ensuring iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and high‑quality code through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.
- Drive DevOps and MLOps initiatives, automating model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in AI/ML development.
- Proven leadership in managing distributed teams and delivering complex cloud‑based solutions.
- Hands‑on expertise in Python, AWS services (S3, EC2, SageMaker), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience scaling them in fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
