About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Architect and oversee the development of mission‑critical applications for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver features on time.
- Implement Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python, Java, and C++.
- 5+ years of engineering management, leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑availability systems in regulated industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
