About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of 10+ developers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure microservices on AWS, leveraging Python, Java, and Kubernetes.
- Drive end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable releases with automated testing and security scanning.
- Collaborate with product, security, and data science teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the Zero Trust platform.
- Champion Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality, production‑grade code.
