About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross‑team coordination.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in modern programming languages.
- 3+ years of engineering management or technical lead experience.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience scaling them in large organizations.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
