Lead a team delivering AI‑enabled, cloud‑native applications, guiding architecture, modernizing legacy systems, and embedding responsible generative AI practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple development workstreams that modernize client applications using cloud platforms and AI‑accelerated architectures.
- Define and enforce best‑practice engineering standards, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and data scientists to integrate generative AI models responsibly into product features.
- Mentor and manage a cross‑functional delivery team, fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to translate business goals into technical solutions, providing strategic guidance on AI adoption and modernization roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Demonstrated experience delivering cloud‑native solutions on AWS or Azure, including infrastructure‑as‑code and container orchestration.
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, model integration, and responsible AI governance.
- Proven track record leading Agile teams, managing delivery timelines, and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
