About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end software and product development for connected aircraft systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering Agile practices, continuous improvement, and high‑performance culture.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver on schedule.
- Implement DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD to accelerate release cycles and maintain product quality.
- Drive technical excellence in embedded systems, real‑time software, and connectivity solutions for aircraft.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software and product development, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of embedded systems, real‑time operating systems, and aircraft connectivity standards.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry is highly desirable.
