Software Engineer
Lead a ServiceNow platform team, driving roadmap, governance, and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, asset management, and security modules, while maturing CMDB and CSDM frameworks to support enterprise operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology trends.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of seven specialists to deliver and support ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, VR, SIR, IRM, SPM, and TPSM/CSM modules.
- Mature the CMDB and CSDM framework, driving data quality, governance, and integration across the organization.
- Partner with IT, Security, and customer‑facing teams to translate operational needs into platform enhancements.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, change management, and best‑practice standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform leadership, with deep experience in ITSM, ITOM, and security modules.
- Proven track record in CMDB and CSDM implementation and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience driving platform roadmaps, release management, and continuous improvement.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher are a plus.
