About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on Salesforce platform development.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure applications using Apex, Lightning, and REST APIs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define technical roadmaps and release plans.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong background in cloud architecture, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
